Nuclear Medicine
July 30, 2021 | Amperage
Nuclear Medicine is the use of very small amounts of radioactive material to diagnose and sometimes treat disease. It can help detect a wide variety of conditions, such as cancer, heart disease, arthritis and infection.

CT Scanner
July 30, 2021 | Amperage
Computed Tomography, better known as CT scans or CAT scans, has become an important diagnostic tool. In a CT scan the x-ray source rotates around the patient while detectors record how much radiation is passed through the specific area to be imaged.

Bone Densitometry
July 30, 2021 | Amperage
Bone densitometry is an important tool in the diagnosis of osteoporosis. The information obtained from the test is used to determine a risk factor for potential fracture or to establish a baseline when treating osteoporosis.
