Our physical therapists are certified in the Graston Technique, a specialized manual therapy that targets scar tissue and soft tissue restrictions to improve range of motion and reduce pain — often speeding up recovery and enhancing outcomes.

Pelvic Health Physical Therapy

Available for women only at this time, pelvic PT treats conditions related to weakened or overactive pelvic floor muscles.

Treated conditions include:

How long are therapy sessions?

40 minute sessions.

What is Graston Technique, and is it right for me?

Graston is a specialized therapy for soft tissue injuries. Your therapist can determine if it’s a good fit based on your diagnosis.

Can I request pelvic floor therapy directly?

Yes, with a referral. You can also call the clinic to speak with our pelvic health therapist for more information before scheduling.

Is therapy available for athletes or work injuries?

Absolutely. We offer programs for sports injury recovery, work conditioning, and injury prevention tailored to your goals.
