We are grateful for your valued partnership and the positive impact your organization has for our community. We’d love to have your continued support – consider joining us as a golf sponsor or making a donation! Either will make a meaningful impact. There are 5 sponsorship levels available, as detailed on the sponsorship form linked below. You may select the level of participation that best meets your needs. Please know your sponsorship will be used to help the Jackson County Health Foundation reach our goal to help maintain our ambulance service for the community.

Sponsorship Levels

All sponsorship levels will also be recognized on the donor wall at the Jackson County Regional Health Center. We welcome donations for after-golf raffle items as well. All golfers at this year’s event will also be receiving a “swag bag” full of goodies from the local community and the hospital’s supporters. If your organization has items to be included, please let me know and I am happy to come pick anything up from you.
