Dot Testing
Department of Transportation Testing
We offer breath alcohol and urine drug screen collections for Department of Transportation (DOT) testing.

Fasting
If Your Laboratory Test Requires You To Fast:
Do not eat or drink anything (other than water) for 10-12 hours prior to collection.
Water and normal medications are recommended, however follow your healthcare provider’s instructions.

No appointment is needed. You can walk in with a valid test order from your healthcare provider.
