Amanda River, MD, MPH, is a board certified emergency medicine physician with extensive experience across academic, community, and international clinical settings. She completed her emergency medicine residency at the University of Arizona, where she served as Chief Resident, following completion of her MD and MPH degrees at the University of Iowa. Dr. River has held roles as an emergency physician, trauma program director, critical care provider, and clinical assistant professor. Her work includes service in Guam, Oklahoma, Iowa, and multiple health systems nationwide, as well as event medical leadership with the National Hot Rod Association. With broad clinical expertise, administrative leadership experience, and multiple active state licenses, she is committed to delivering high quality, patient centered emergency care.
